結論與建議 | 依據(jù)《國民經(jīng)濟行業(yè)分類》(GB/T4754-2011)該項目屬于醫(yī)藥制造業(yè);依據(jù)《國家安全監(jiān)管總局關于公布建設項目職業(yè)病危害風險分類管理目錄(2012年版)的通知》(安監(jiān)總安健[2012]73號)規(guī)定,該企業(yè)屬于第二大類 ”制造業(yè)“中第十四小類:”醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)“中的第1項”化學藥品原料藥制造“,屬于職業(yè)病危害嚴重的企業(yè)。 依據(jù)《河北省安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理局轉發(fā)國家安全監(jiān)管總局關于公布建設項目職業(yè)病危害風險分類管理目錄(2012年版)的通知》(冀安監(jiān)管職健[2012]90號),該項目擬采用的原材料、主要生產(chǎn)工藝和產(chǎn)品等可能產(chǎn)生的職業(yè)病危害的風險程度,與其在《目錄》中所列行業(yè)職業(yè)病危害的風險分類沒有明顯區(qū)別,綜上所述,確定擬建項目職業(yè)病危害風險分類為嚴重。 | ||||
專家組評審意見 | 石藥集團中諾藥業(yè)(石家莊)有限公司組織專家對《石藥集團中諾藥業(yè)(石家莊)有限公司溶媒回收及配套設施改造項目職業(yè)病危害控制效果評價報告》(以下簡稱《報告》)進行了評審,專家組聽取了建設單位對項目的概況介紹及河北安華質檢技術服務有限公司對《報告》的匯報,通過討論形成如下評審意見: 1、完善回收過程的職業(yè)病危害因素識別與評價; 2、補充職業(yè)病防護設施檢測合理性和有效性評價; 3、完善豎向布置、生產(chǎn)工藝和設備布置、應急救援等評價內容; 4、細化職業(yè)衛(wèi)生防護設施設計落實情況說明; 5、補充完善專家組提出的其他合理意見。 專家組同意原則通過該《報告》,《報告》按專家組意見修改,經(jīng)專家組長復核確認后可留檔備查。 |
